Where were Adam and Eve born?

 

That’s a fascinating question…just one problem…they weren’t born!  Adam and Eve were created.  If that wasn’t a trick question and you really wanted to know where they spent the early days of their lives it was Eden of course: ‘And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed’ Genesis Ch 2 v8.  For something even more specific you can read verses 10 to 14 of that chapter which speaks of the Euphrates River and a place called Cush which many believe places Eden roughly around present day Iraq.  

Don’t get too excited though because the Garden of Eden no longer exists.  But God has prepared a paradise for those who turn to him in repentance and faith in Jesus – it’s a real place and he’ll guide us to it in his own perfect time.
